HOW CAN I GET ONE OF YOUR PUPPIES?

The process to get one of our puppies is simple.
Step 1. Txt or call us (502)296-2452, or Fill out application, and if approved we will direct you to place holding fee or reserve your puppy.

Step 2. Sign and read holding fee agreement form, send holding fee and be placed on the wait list, or reserve your puppy if selecting from our currently available puppies.
Step 3. Receive our puppy care booklet via pdf and check our SHOP tab for a list of puppy supplies, food, and training information.

Step 4. If you select an available puppy, we will coordinate a go home date, and travel arrangements.

For waitlist families we will let you know about upcoming puppies or litters that will be available before allowing them to be reserved by others.

This is based on your selected timeframe that you choose when placing deposit.

Puppies range from

1800 to 3500

Solid puppies are generally 2000-3000

Red and Merle Puppies with white abstract or unique markings start at 2500.

When pricing our puppies we take multiple things into account, including, color, size, and markings, however we believe that each puppy is equally amazing, and that price is no reflection of quality.

PLEASE inquire about pricing if you are unsure how much a puppy with your specific markings will cost.

Please inquire on the price if it isn't listed under the individual puppy’s picture.

AVAILABLE PUPPIES-If you select one of our available puppies a non-refundable holding fee of $500 is required at the time selection.

WAITING LIST- a nonrefundable deposit of $50 is required to join the waitlist. In order to keep wait times short we accept a limited number of spots on our waiting list.

You do not need to join the waitlist if selecting one of our available puppies.

Accepted methods and forms of payment will be specified in the holding fee agreement contract, sent via email.

We do offer a payment plan for those on our waitlist, amount is due in full upon puppy pickup. Please inquire if interested in this method.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? DO YOU DELIVER PUPPIES TO MY STATE?

We are in Louisville, KY and have guardian homes in a few other Midwest states that help us raise puppies.

Many of our puppies go out of state, some of our families choose to drive to us and pick up their puppy, while other families prefer to fly to the local airport (SDF) or use a flight nanny.

In order to provide our customers a seamless, and stress-free experience we will now include private in cabin flight nannies as an add on when purchasing your puppy.

HOW BIG WILL MY PUPPY GET?

On average, our puppies range from 8-16 lbs. full grown. We cannot guarantee individual size but we can give you an estimate of your puppies predicted adult weight.

WHEN CAN MY PUPPY COME HOME?

Your puppy will be ready to come home between 8-10 weeks. We do not believe in rushing them out at 8 weeks if we feel that they need more time due to size or weaning etc.

Do you allow in person visits before go home day?

Many people ask if they can pick out, see, or play with their puppies in person before they are ready to go. We do not have a breeding facility or kennel; all of our puppies are raised in home under foot.

We are unable to allow visitors to our home to see puppies before go home day.

There are several reasons for this.

Like babies and young children, puppies have developing immune systems, and it is our job to protect all of the puppies in our home from potential illnesses that can unintentionally be brought in by visitors. Imagine having a newborn baby and allowing people from the community to come over at will to see your infant, we feel the same way about our puppies that we are responsible for.

We feel it is necessary to raise puppies in a home environment, as well as keep our home a safe comfortable place for our family.

We will do a facetime visit if requested and update you weekly, we also post videos of our puppies playing on facebook/IG to help families identify which puppy they might be interested in.

Do you vaccinate, deworm, and microchip your puppies? Is there a health guarentee?

All of our puppies come up to date with age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, and thoroughly dewormed.

Our puppies are also examined by a licensed veterinarian. Records will be given to you when you receive your puppy.

We provide a 1 year health guarantee against genetic life-threatening disease.

What is the best way to contact you? How long should I anticipate before getting a response?

The preferred way to get in contact with us is via txt or phone call, Sending us an email through our website and/or filling out an application is also welcomed. We review/process applications in the order that we receive them. We check our email daily, but may need time to respond to your question, or review your application. We spend a lot of time socializing and caring for our puppies, so that you get the best companion possible. We thank you for understanding and being patient with us.
